My name is Josip Osrečki and I see myself as a change agent that can help unlock full potential of individuals, teams and whole organisations. Before hitting rocky agile coaching waters I have worked as software developer, technical presales and IT consultant.
Rather than focusing on a specific framework to solve organizational challenges, I prefer using systemic approach to continuously improve processes and collaboration.
Although I have mostly worked with software development teams, I have great succes in applying agile & lean practices in departments like HR, Finance and Marketing.
In my free time I like to run, row, read a good book, take a good picture and spend time with my family.
I understand that change is not easy. There is always some resistance, and going too far outside an organization’s comfort zone can easily backfire.
A delicate balance needs to be struck between maintaining a certain level of productivity and dedicating time for improvement.
Tools and practices organizations relied on in the past do not guarantee future progress. We must be ready to change direction and approach in order to grow. The company name and the quote "What got you here won't get you there" by Marshall Goldsmith at the top of the page perfectly encapsulate this.
Frameworks are not a bad thing. They are like wine glasses - a means to support something we want to consume. This can be either good company culture or good wine. The focus should be on the wine, not the glass.
Hence, I try to identify the root causes of dissatisfaction, areas for improvement, and desired goals.
Together, we decide on the best practices that will help your organization on this journey. Only then will we choose the tools to use, whether it's Scrum, Kanban, Spotify, LeSS, or something else.
